Directors Statement
Santa Hunters starts as a goofy tale with funny characters trying to do something silly. But just as you're getting cozy, it pulls the rug out from underneath you, transforming into a story about those who dare to dream. Surrounded by others who don't believe in them, and impossible odds, they push on anyway. We know there is an audience who will relate to this. Especially those of us in creative industries. We have big dreams. The odds are near impossible. But we push on anyway. This story is testament to that resilience. It was made by a small team with big hearts and sparse wallets, who come from those places of fear and doubt, who are told our passions and pursuits are foolish, and then who went ahead and did it anyway. And we love what we created. If you’re reading this, we think you’ll love it too.
